1. Service Scope

Ask Appliance Repairs Ltd provides on-site domestic appliance diagnostic and repair services across London and Surrey for cookers, tumble dryers, washing machines, dishwashers, and related domestic appliances.

2. Quotations & Pricing

Standard diagnostics start from £75. Upon inspecting the appliance on-site, our engineer will diagnose the fault and provide a clear quotation before any repair work commences. Labour for standard approved repairs is included in the agreed quote; specialist replacement parts are itemised and charged separately where required.

3. Engineer Visits & Access

Customer appointments are arranged within agreed arrival windows between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. An adult must be present at the property to grant access to the appliance and utility isolation valves/switches.

4. Warranty on Workmanship

All repair labour carried out by Ask Appliance Repairs Ltd is backed by a standard workmanship warranty covering the specific fault diagnosed and fixed. Newly supplied replacement parts carry manufacturer-specified warranties.

5. Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your visit, please provide notice via telephone or WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
